Bollywood Ball:
A ball organized by past students to generate interest, awareness and profits for future projects.
Cocktail Party Fundraiser 2014:
This fundraiser was initiated by past students Brodie Ameduri, Ingrid Maher, Bianca Barr Kumarakulasinghe and Kaysanne Knuckey and was held at Curtin University. Money was raised through entry fees, a silent auction and a raffle. Total fundraising efforts amassed $2,500.
Michael Hancock's Movember 2014:
Past student of the 2014 Lakhnu trip, Michael Hancock, initiated his own Movember fundraiser. Through his month’s effort, Michael successfully raised a total of $1,400 - a massive individual effort!
Photo Exhibition 2015:
Past student of the 2015 Lakhnu trip, Farhad Mobarra, initiated a photography exhibition at the Victoria Park Arts Centre. To date this exhibition has raised $2,212. Items were donated and auctioned off in a silent auction, as well as a variety of raffles and ample prizes. All in all it was a highly successful night.
